Square Market is a personal music project of an anonymous entity
based in Christchurch, New Zealand. This entity feels the need to create
specifically electronic/ambient music and loves to explore all the different
tricks and methods of doing so, whether it's performing DAW-less or experimenting
with sample-based synths and plugins.
Heavily inspired by Ambient music and Electronica and it's sub-genres such as Vaporwave, Plunderphonics, Synthwave and Experimental.
Square Market works towards making "ambient music to zone-out to" and in general, a very uplifting sound from using software granulizers and plugins
to using hardware synthesizers through effects pedals and circuitbending old toys and other vintage music based electronics.
